• You set up and promote our products on your web site...
• You sell them receiving the orders from your web site...
• You eMail or Fax us the orders and
• We will ship it for you: either to your Warehouse or "Drop-Ship" it directly to
your customer...
• You collect customer's payment...
• Shipping & Handling (S&H). We will bill you (Charging your Credit Card on
file with us) the Discounted cost of the product plus:
a) A flat $7.50 for S&H for all orders below $35, or
b) A flat 15% for S&H (calculated from your Discounted cost) for all
orders over $35.
(The $7.50 or 15% S&H covers Ground Shipping Costs only within the 48
USA contiguous Sates. Shipping to HI, AK and P.Rico = 25%).
* Canada and International Shipments please add 25% for S&H (calculated
from your Discounted cost). Any foreign imposed duty and/or Import taxes are
payable by the final recipient of the order.
• Upon shipping an eMail is sent to you with the package tracking number.
* About shipping: We can also use your UPS, FedEx or DHL account to
charge the shipping charges (third party billing). In this instance, you will pay
the actual shipping cost to your selected carrier and we will only charge your
company our standard 5% for Handling Fee.

reselling rights are strictly scrutinized: web site presentation, content, price
point and product merchandising will be evaluated to meet our marketing
