Wholesale Prices
Olivella products are available at wholesale prices only to members of the retail trade /
e-commerce enterprises. To open an account with us all we need is your company and payment
information along with your first order. If you need assistance in placing an order, please call

Prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices listed do not include any other charges such as shipping,
handling, special packaging, freight or any other miscellaneous charges related to an order.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Opening Order Minimum & Re-Orders
There is a minimum order of $150 required to qualify for wholesale pricing. Please order in Full
Case Quantities. Most products come 6 per case, all bar soaps come 12 per case.
Tax
No Tax for Wholesale orders. New customers should submit a copy of your Reseller's Certificate.
Payment Terms
All orders are prepaid unless other arrangements have been made. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover. Orders are not charged until they are ready to ship.
Please do not send cash!
Shipping
Most merchandise will be shipped F.O.B. Warehouse; some items may be drop shipped to save
shipping costs and time. All Wholesale orders are shipped UPS Ground and should be delivered
in 5-7 days after order ships. Shipping & Handling cost will be added to your merchandise total.
International Orders
We ship to international destinations. Please place your order and we will eMail you the shipping
cost to your country which depends on the weight and size of your package. We normally ship
by U.S. Postal Service or UPS. We can also use your own shipping account upon your request.
You may wish to contact us directly with your request for more details.
For international payments, we accept PayPal, prepaid wire transfers, credit cards or checks
from global US banks (Bank of America, Citibank, etc.)
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped internationally. We by no
means can control the action of local customs authorities. We do retain all shipping receipts for
proof of shipment. Upon shipping an eMail is sent to you with the package tracking number.
Our products are shipped professionally packed in a plain brown corrugated carton.
Lead Time
We will process your order as quickly as possible, usually it ships same day if ordered by 11
am.. Normal lead time is 2 business days, but depending on the payment status, products and
quantities ordered, additional time may be required.
Backorders
Occasionally it may occur an item is out of stock. If your product is on backorder, we will contact
you within 24 hours. If you are ordering additional items in stock we would be happy to ship
those and then ship the backordered item when it comes available. If paying by credit card,
orders are not charged until they are ready to ship.
Returns/Billing Errors/Misshipments/Damages/Cancellations
Inspect your order when it arrives. Verify that everything on the packing list is there.
Shipping Damage: Please file a claim with carrier and/or insurance company as necessary.
Damage claims caused by a shipping company must be settled with that shipping company.
Olivella USA will offer credit for returns of defective products or products that have been
damaged as a result of Olivella USAimproper packing only.
We kindly ask to keep and photograph any and all damage (including all boxes), documenting date
and time. This should greatly increase the speed of your settlement.
Returns: Prior permission must be granted before returning products. Requests for returning
goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. The validity of all returns is at
Olivella's discretion. Opened and/or used items are not accepted. All items must be returned at
your expense. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping cost of returned items.
Billing Errors/Misshipments: Please contact us within 4 (four) days of receiving your shipment.
Cancelling Orders: Orders shipped and then refused upon delivery - (for whatever reason) we
will charge the account a 20% restocking fee and the amount must pay the roundtrip shipping
charges. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a 10% processing fee. Orders
that have been shipped can not be cancelled and must be returned by the customer for a 20%
restocking fee. Filing a chargeback with your credit card company and receiving the package is a
felony. OlivellaUSA.com reports all internet crime to the proper authorities and turns the person
over for to our collection lawyers. Customers filing chargebacks are responsible for all fees
incurred to collect the debt.
